Our sessions can be tailored to people of all ages and abilities, whether in cozy groups or large conferences, youth or seniors. We offer professional development, including in-servicing and classroom resources.

To talk about what we can offer or to book a session, please contact us. Funding sometimes changes what sessions we can offer.

Some workshops we have done in the past:

  • contraception
  • sexually transmitted infections
  • cyber-bullying
  • inclusive language
  • eco-friendly menstrual cycles
  • sexual health and aging
  • talking to your kids about sex
  • sexual health education in the schools

All workshops are done in an inclusive, sex-positive manner that aligns with our philosophies. Our information is based on medical evidence and the principles of sexual health education set out by Canadian Guidelines for Sexual Health.

Our classroom presentations are supported with funding from United Way of Lunenburg County.
